Really poor quality service I'm afraid... I ordered a load of customised badges from them via their website over 2 weeks ago now with a so called guaranteed 8 working day lead on shipping. I got an email this afternoon saying my order is being "prepared" for shipping :(
The deadline has been and gone and our group term will be finished by the time the order arrives.
This is not a company to be trusted, and I've not even seen their finished product yet...
My advice is to find another supplier I'm afraid.
