I purchase 9 bags of Crystals and when they arrived 6 of the Bags had burst open due to very poor packing. I was very disappointed as all the crystals were of different types and they were all mixed up. I took an image of the damaged bags and sent it to AWGifts who kindly replaced the damaged bag within 48 hours.
