I am sorry for the delay but according to tracking info there has been an unsuccesful attempt to deliver your package the same day when you added this review. The package has been waiting for a pick up since then. I tried to contact you about it on the same day but I have not received any answer. This is something that we could solve via emails instead of putting it into a review if you would contact us. “No available documents for fragrance oils. Also not available on request. To be able to use the fragrances in my products I need the documents. All other companies who sell fragrance oils have the documents available for down load right there on the page. There should be no need to ask for them...”
