“No available documents for fragrance oils. Also not available on request. To be able to use the fragrances in my products I need the documents. All other companies who sell fragrance oils have the documents available for down load right there on the page. There should be no need to ask for them...”

“Everything looked good except that one essential oil bottle was leaking. The entire box was strongly smelling of the essential oiil and of course I lost some of the content. Shipping was fast, but they use DHL, and the only local pickup point is very far from where I live.”

“Firstly i want to say a huge thanks to Roman . He was very helpful anytime i asked him something and he tried to help me with all of my questions . The products are amazing. But even if the products are amazing, the main reason i will order again and again is Roman. Without knowing him, he did everything he could to keep me satisfied. 10/10 on customer service!
