Broken candles was told they would resend when I ordered next when I requested replacement ones. Also told would need to pay insurance to make this possible. Very dissapointed. I got a refund but sadly not my candles or bath salts.

Decent product, not clear upon ordering and the shipping cost is way to much... ahhh. and they wont stop emailing me and the ads are everywhere on my computer now.

Hello from AWGifts Europe, Thank You for Your valued feedback, we appreciate it! Regarding our discussion back in April, I would like to kindly remind that You can find all the needed information about this product on our website. The description is saying that the Natural Cotton Eye Pillows are sold empty and they can be filled with the wheat or lavender flowers. There are two individual and different products (empty pillows and empty pillow inners), which need to be bought separately and they are not sold together. You bought the empty pillows only, there were no pillow inners ordered (see the link for the family of these two products - https://www.awgifts.eu/ceye). I am sorry if this information was inaccurate or insufficient. We believe the above mentioned information provided on the website is sufficient and we have never received complaints about misleading description of this product. But as I promised earlier, we have slightly updated the product description to make it clearer. Regarding the shipping cost, we are a wholesale website and deal with trade customers only. The orders submitted are usually not less than 150€ + VAT, because it is not considered cost effective. There is no minimum order policy (however, a charge of 5€ + VAT is made on orders of less than 50€ + VAT; Gold Reward Customer are exempt). Your order was above this amount and no extras were charged. 29.95€ + VAT is a fixed charge for Zone 3 (Portugal included), just like on any other online websites. So if a customer places an order of, for example, 500€ +VAT and it is packed in 5 boxes, the charge is still the same (and You are entitled to free delivery with an order over 795€ + VAT), which is really great. For comparison, on our DropShipping site there are two weight categories - 0-3 kg (16.45€ + VAT) and 3-30 kg (16.95€ + VAT) - and the shipping cost depends on the weight of the box. My apologies for unwanted email and ads. If you do not want to receive any email from us, You can decide to unsubscribe it in Your customer profile, after that You should not receive any emails from us. To prevent site from showing You the ads, amend Privacy and security / Additional content settings / Adds in Your browser's settings. Clearing caches and browsing history may be helpful too. We have had a good business relationship with Ancient Wisdom since 2005 but Brexit has created logistical and cost problems. So we started to buy from AW Gifts instead. Unfortunately we were unable to establish a similarly good relationship so switched to buying from AW Artisan instead.
