Dear Kim, Thank You for Your review, we really appreciate it. First of all, my sincere apologies for the condition the part of the order arrived in. We are still waiting for You to confirm the total quantity of affected Molten Glass on Wood, as we would like to return the money for the products that arrived damp and with mold. We take full responsibility for the condition in which You received the products, though I confirm that on our side both moisture and temperature are absolutely fine for the products and we store all of them properly. Unfortunately, due to probably not ideal conditions secured during the transport from our Indonesian supplier, there was moisture able to accumulate in the shipping container, leading to the mold growth. Indonesian high humidity levels can pose challenges during the transport, especially over sea routes. The potential risk of mold is a threat not only during the manufacturing process, but also during the transport itself. Of course, our Indonesian business partners are doing their best, the shipping containers are moisture-protected to maintain the most optimal conditions possible. However, there is still a possibility of mold formation, particularly on wood products. We understand how disappointing it must be to receive products in such a condition and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused You. We are actively working to fix the issue and will do our best to prevent it from happening in the future. As already mentioned and discussed over in our email communication, we are more than willing to offer You a compensation for the affected products. Once again, we apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate Your understanding in this matter. Thank You for bringing this to our attention. Some of the bracelets are not genuine. F.ex rudrashka was plastic. And the pyramids dosn´t look like crystal glas. So that makes me wonder if other products are what they are supposed to be.

I love the company, I love the products but on every delivery I have damage. This time the warehouse placed a large wooden Incense Stand over a terracotta XL Lucky Money Cat and smashed it!

there is always broken goods in any order i made i order only frames and it is always smell like incent, all frames smells i don't like it

Dear Charlene, Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear that. I had a look on your account and it doesn't seem a month as our system shows order has been placed on 23rd October and despatched on 26th October to Malta. It usually takes few days to deliver.
