“Customer service on the AWGifts side is amazing, Very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. Bath Bombs are great quality but some of the essential oils are not of good quality. The prices are great and all that but out of about 15 different EO's I ordered, I'd only consider half of them to be actual 100% Pure and good quality. The chamomile, cajeput, Niaouli, lemon, orange and May Chang are all very poor in my opinion, Perhaps that was just my batch though.”

“I purchase 9 bags of Crystals and when they arrived 6 of the Bags had burst open due to very poor packing. I was very disappointed as all the crystals were of different types and they were all mixed up. I took an image of the damaged bags and sent it to AWGifts who kindly replaced the damaged bag within 48 hours.”

“While I really like the company philosophy and services, I find it hard to order because products I’m interested in are usually out of stock.
