The ordering process is simple through the website and a great tool to be able to get prices to clients quickly. We haven't installed the windows yet but the AWM team are usually very good and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. So that gives us great peace of mind. We get offered cheaper windows from other manufacturers but this peace of mind is worth much more to us. Dropped one star as we hadn't received prior notification when the delivery would arrive. The driver did call prior to the delivery but it was late in the day. So the installation team had left the site.So had to send them back out to receive the delivery. Delivery driver was great though, nice guy, very helpful.
