Unfortunatly you definitely get what you pay fore here and the frames do not appear to have aluminium reinforcement sleeves in either window or door frames which we found made (the doors especially) more awkward to fit properly, we have also found the doors seem to expand/contract a lot in the sun which makes it difficult to get a proper & consistent adjustment without the doors catching in the frame and either not closing at all or not latching and or locking. The hinge adjustment is awkward and very basic in comparison to doors that I have fitted from other suppliers and we have had to go through the process several times now.”

“Good pricing. Delivery service could be better in respect of available days etc especially since you are paying so much for delivery. Had issues with broken glass before transit and the product was dispatched partially and customer not informed prior to delivery. That was very disappointing and storing such large doors and glass for over a week without being able to fit them was not good, the delivery should have been put on hold considering the broken glass happened before transit.”
