“I spoke to someone at AWM before I purchased from them just to make sure I had everything I wanted and I was setting it out correctly and the gentleman was extremely helpful.
I purchased a non standard sized, fully glazed uVPC single door, I made some upgrades to it and it was delivered on time with no issues.”

“Not recommened, I was disappointed after contacting the customer care team to let them know one of the window sash beads was damaged and was told that it had to be our fault insisting that we damaged it ourselves and on top of that they had the cheek to ask for us to pay for delivery, after replying back insisting that we should not have to pay for delivery for something that wasn't our fault we then never heard from them ever again. You would think after spending 2.4k's worth that they would just send out a new bead. Only reason for 3 stars instead of 2 is because of the great communication with payment over the phone and the fast delivery.”
