“The goods arrived on time and in good condition, the driver was polite, friendly and informative, however on the down side, all 3 doors had issues, all doors were stable doors, one was white when brown was wanted, the two remaining stable doors should have been glazed top and bottom but arrived top glazed only, also they were about 150 mm to small all round. I didn’t know who was at fault as I only measured the doors in inch’s ( never been taught metric ) so a friend converted and did the computer part.”

“It was a good experience and they were relatively swift in response and the scheduled delivery all went according to plan. One problem found was a mark on the French Doors. It was low down, so not in your face and we've not complained about it but it was disappointing to find a mark on it but everything else was absolutely correct and no other issues. They look great after I'd completed the installation. A word of warning, the glazing bars are really tough to fit and you really do need a decent tool to fit these.”
“The door is very nice and exactly as I expected and ordered, but they would not deliver north of Glasgow and as the door was not palleted no courier would bring it to me 100 miles north west to Argyll and I had to get it delivered to a friends and then pick it up myself taking a full day.”
“The whole purchasing experience was as it say's on the tin. When I ordered I had a member of their staff call me to clarify any part of the order that was not absolutely clear & they were very helpful with advice on Georgian spacing & measurements. All arrived on time (curb side) & the chap that delivered was pleasant & helpful. So far, so good! I haven't actually installed the windows yet but I have no reason to believe there will be any problems. From what I can tell so far I am V happy with the quality of the product.”

“For a smaller extension for a owner installer client working in Construction. Purchased one window and one sliding door. (looking to replace the rest of the existing windows following the initial installation) Great price. Great quality. (recommend the upgraded lock feature) Arrived on time and as expected. Packaging great and true frame alignment. The instructions refer to spacer bars but it was clarified that normal spacers would be sufficient. Still awaiting confirmation of the thermal performance to be submitted to Building Control although I have been reassured this complies over the phone. I was surprised at the narrow clear width of the sliding door for an 1800 sliding door. To be fair intended for trade installers I had some difficulty getting the top fixings into the steel lintel but to be fair that does not reflect on AWM. Followed the measuring advice which was very helpful as the existing brick openings not true. I measured the openings with the old windows still in and might recommended some guidance is added to take in account steel lintels which are typically covered in sealant joint and only apparent once the old windows have been removed. In retrospect I could have checked that before by locally cutting seal out. (Measure twice and cut once and all that...!) Some guidance to confirm the depth of the cill piece required would be usefull. All in all would use again subject to thermal performance datasheet being provided.”
“I was impressed with the customer support as there were a few questions I had before ordering the patio doors. They provided a delivery date and stuck to it. I fitted the Patio doors over the weekend and they were relatively easy to fit, look good, and work well. I did order the fitting kit which was worthwhile doing, as this came with the spacers and concrete bolts. The only small issue was kirbside delivery, as this was sent to my daughters house, who then had to find a neighbour to help her get the class and frame indoors. I appreciate this is the industry norm. So I would definitely recommend them as a supplier”

“Good quality doors & I fitted them yesterday, however quite a few black skid marks which I’ll try get off today. One issue there’s no fitting instructions to tell you how to adjust doors, lucky I worked it out but took me some time! Also windows and trims were challenging to say the lest! Had to help carry doors as driver just back from broken ankle & just about walk poor bloke.”
“Quality control could be better, i had 2 deliveries both had damage or scratches which were easily rectified with polishing and a quick phone call, damaged parts arrived swiftly, i like this company and there ability to make to your size and quote online, plus delivery of 1 window is quite expensive.”
