It was a good experience and they were relatively swift in response and the scheduled delivery all went according to plan. One problem found was a mark on the French Doors. It was low down, so not in your face and we've not complained about it but it was disappointing to find a mark on it but everything else was absolutely correct and no other issues. They look great after I'd completed the installation. A word of warning, the glazing bars are really tough to fit and you really do need a decent tool to fit these.
