“Happy with the product and service. Unfortunately the delivery van floor was covered in shattered glass from the next customer delivery. It hadn't been secured well.
Perhaps that might be worth looking into.”
“The ordering process is simple through the website and a great tool to be able to get prices to clients quickly. We haven't installed the windows yet but the AWM team are usually very good and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. So that gives us great peace of mind. We get offered cheaper windows from other manufacturers but this peace of mind is worth much more to us. Dropped one star as we hadn't received prior notification when the delivery would arrive. The driver did call prior to the delivery but it was late in the day. So the installation team had left the site.So had to send them back out to receive the delivery. Delivery driver was great though, nice guy, very helpful.”
“AWM travel a long way to bring me my door. Unfortunately they had to come back twice to deliver it because the glass had not been loaded onto the van, instead someone else’s glass had come to me and my glass had gone somewhere else not remotely close to me. They sorted it out but due to this schoolboy error unfortunately my door was delayed as I had to wait an additional week for delivery. Not great when you want to get a building secured and kept dry before it rains. Anyway the door also arrived damage and the company would not take the damage door back and deliver a new one when they came back with the glass. Didn’t find the lady I spoke with on the phone that helpful either so basically I kept the door.”
