“I purchased a custom sized patio door arrived on time. Upon inspection of the door its had scratches and scuffs, looks like a second hand door! I contacted customer services but have had no response.”
“terrible customer service , you email them for a complaint and they ignore you, had a damaged item and they said i damaged it. driver took photos of all the items delivered apart from the damaged panel , read some reviews and its happened to other customers as well . opening a case with paypal to try and get money back . avoid”

“Poor quality cheap french doors, the bottom locking plate should be part of the door threshold not a little plate that sits on top and constantly gets stuck on the bottom of the door, the door has been adjusted to its maximum height on the hinges but still catches, cheap design and cheap door although it wasn't actually cheap”
