The whole purchasing experience was as it say's on the tin. When I ordered I had a member of their staff call me to clarify any part of the order that was not absolutely clear & they were very helpful with advice on Georgian spacing & measurements. All arrived on time (curb side) & the chap that delivered was pleasant & helpful. So far, so good! I haven't actually installed the windows yet but I have no reason to believe there will be any problems. From what I can tell so far I am V happy with the quality of the product.
