Horrible service, quick to take funds and say the fund will be transfered in 3 hours. 3 days later and 2 emails later, funds still haven't arrived and transaction was procesing. After contacting the live chat i was told that : Our Compliance team asks if you've ever met the recipient in person and if you could provide us a proof of identity of recipient (picture of passport or national id for example)?. jumping through loops. after telling them that that is not common practice in the remitance world and it is suspect to be asked for documents of other people than myself i have been told : (09:38:34 AM) Mateusz P: I don't know what other companies do or what they don't.
