“I have been using AZIMO for the last 12 months and today they failed to deliver the money. I have transferred less than 50,000 pesos from Australia to Philippines in my usual Bank in the Philippines and the money hasn't come through as per my bank.
I tried to contact them through the APP however, the CHAT button is greyed out so I send EMAIL using the app several times and no one ever get back to me.
I tried ringing their number +441287244025 however the response is " We're sorry there's no available support who can take this call" .
So, I rang FCA ( Financial Conduct Authority) and they advise me to send email to hello@azimo.com or call +4402038831528.
I sent email to them and I rang the number and got no response.
FCA advised me if I don't hear anything from them I can report them to FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN and they advised me to check MONEYHELPER website for future references.

The beneficiary’s bank asked me to find out from Azimo the medium used to make the transfer and Azimo refuses to answer.
I smell a rat here.
Azimo takes my £2350 to transfer to Ghana for me, a day later Azimo messages me to say the money has been returned by the beneficiary’s bank. I ask the beneficiary’s bank why the money was returned. The beneficiary’s bank asks me to ask Azimo the medium used to transfer the money and Azimo refuses to answer.
This only points to one decision for me. AZIMO IS A ROGUE COMPANY!!!
Imagine this scenario.
Azimo takes £2350 from 1000 people to transfer the monies to 1000 banks. A day later Azimo messages all the people their monies have been returned.
Pay the monies back and it will take 5 days. This means Azimo has £2350000 of other people’s monies for 5 days to use as Azimo likes. What an incredible cheap, nasty con way of making money!?!?!?
Never using Azimo again and it’s looking like I have to use the FSA to get my money back.”
