I have been using AZIMO for the last 12 months and today they failed to deliver the money. I have transferred less than 50,000 pesos from Australia to Philippines in my usual Bank in the Philippines and the money hasn't come through as per my bank. I tried to contact them through the APP however, the CHAT button is greyed out so I send EMAIL using the app several times and no one ever get back to me. I tried ringing their number +441287244025 however the response is " We're sorry there's no available support who can take this call" . So, I rang FCA ( Financial Conduct Authority) and they advise me to send email to hello@azimo.com or call +4402038831528. I sent email to them and I rang the number and got no response. FCA advised me if I don't hear anything from them I can report them to FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN and they advised me to check MONEYHELPER website for future references. Below are the websites of the authority that can help us report this kind of misleading and fraudulent activity. Please take time to chase your money and make sure you follow the procedures. Azimo have started limiting Thailand transfers to £1k. So if you want to send £5k you have to make five transfers. And guess what. That means they get five times the fees.

Azimo are not a trust worthy company. After setting up my account I then had to wait 8 days for the account to work while I battled it out with their dodgy customer service. I takes 3 days to get a response. After that I was able to perform transfers to my girlfriend. But then the music stops.. Azimo decided to interrogate me over my transfers and then cancelled my account telling me they could not provide reasons for doing so. Do not trust these dodgy bastards, they are a waste of time.

I've sent them multiple pieces of evidence that they received my money, but they are always just "looking into it" and have exceeded their own promised time to have the issue resolved multiple times. Devastating result.

I asked Azimo to transfer £2350 to Ghana for me. A day later I get a message back from Azimo saying the beneficiary’s bank returned the money. Okay Azimo refund my money, Azimo, it will take up to 5 days! 5 days? I tried to find out from the beneficiary’s bank why the money was returned. The beneficiary’s bank asked me to find out from Azimo the medium used to make the transfer and Azimo refuses to answer. I smell a rat here. Azimo takes my £2350 to transfer to Ghana for me, a day later Azimo messages me to say the money has been returned by the beneficiary’s bank. I ask the beneficiary’s bank why the money was returned. The beneficiary’s bank asks me to ask Azimo the medium used to transfer the money and Azimo refuses to answer. This only points to one decision for me. AZIMO IS A ROGUE COMPANY!!! Imagine this scenario. Azimo takes £2350 from 1000 people to transfer the monies to 1000 banks. A day later Azimo messages all the people their monies have been returned. Pay the monies back and it will take 5 days. This means Azimo has £2350000 of other people’s monies for 5 days to use as Azimo likes. What an incredible cheap, nasty con way of making money!?!?!? Never using Azimo again and it’s looking like I have to use the FSA to get my money back.

Azimo is not a company to be trusted, I have had an incredibly bad experience with them. First of all they would never respond to my customer service inquiries, their phone number doesn't work and only got back to me when I cancelled all my transactions and demanded my money to be refunded. And even then, they would not refund my money. I do not trust these people in the least and have had to go to my bank and block and further transactions from them as they have all my banking information. I know that I will never get my money back, and have reported them to the authorities.

I am Italian and since 24 November 2021 I have been writing emails for my 1000 euros sent to China, the money never arrived at their destination and yesterday they wrote me that they can do nothing more ... They are thieves who are not entrusted with some reason . money to these people

I tried to set up an account with an email I have had for 20 years - it told me the email wasn't valid! Catch 22 without an account you don't seem able to contact them to find out why every other financial institution accepts my email but they don't.

Utterly useless, I cannot understand even why something this bad even bothers to advertise their no-existent services... Peanuts to paupers maybe.... but I foolishly tried to send money to my fiance.... AUD 150 to Indonesia, but important to note , AFTER they take my money, they suddenly need more info , they need my ID. This I grudgingly give and then an email saying my ID is "approved" (?) Then within minutes some huge insurmountable and largely imaginary problem arises and they reneg and tell me that the transaction cannot be completed for a variety of idiotic reasons and that my money will be refunded... Then a day later they tell me in another email my account has been closed and no further correspondence will be entered into... WTF? Halfwits and head-wobblers I am thinking.... Limited options with multiple choice Q & A but: How quick was company's response? NEVER How would I rate customer service received? None received In short. don't waste your time.. find and use a proper bank....

Hi Guys, be informed that in the last weeks Azimo doesnt work properly, it is long time that i am their customer but in the lats weeks, they dont refund on time, actually they dont refund your money, you need to spend many efforts and speak a lot of time with your bank then maybe your bank can help you, for example my bank in the Netherlands (Ing) saying that we can refund your reservation after 21 days. So, you need to wait long time to get your money back. Azimo just will take your time and try to convince that they are working on your case but it is not true ,just earning time.They will say that please wait and be patient we will solve it, you will wait a lot but in the end they will not solve your issue and you will not get your money back.You will wait fax details which will not help you as well. It is not accepted by bank. So, i am writing here to help and inform you guys be attentive, do not believe this company anymore. Thanks

Terrible money transfer company, slow to respond, slow to return the money from a canceled shipment, 12 days in my case and even without returning, transfer VC6V66. It was a big mistake especially for the absurd demand for a simple shipment of 62.23 Canadian dollars

ISent money from my bank account to be cashed in Jordan after 40 hours money did not arrive. Bad customer service as they did not attend to my emails and follow up complaint. Transfer id U8ZCVG It has been more than 50 hours THIS COMPLETELY UNACCEBTABLE Mobile 0797008262 After waiting more than 54 hours Azimo arrogantly asks for recipient contact details Dominika, you’d better share your watsapp number rather than ignoring my communication. What a disgrace coming 4th day without case resolution. Reducing to one star. If you are unable to proceed you should apologise and refund my money.

Let me tell you my story with "Azimo"...a few days ago I needed to send some money to my broter in law...from Italy to France...I searched on Google "fast service money transfer" and unfortunately I have found this " transfer company" ...on Google they look like "Send money online quickly and securely"...because my brother-in-law needed money fast that day I have sign up and made the transfer...paid with my credit and everything seemed ok...I was waiting for my brother-in-law to call me to thank me for solving the problem so quickly...how wrong I was....I started getting phone calls ... but not to thank me ... but to ask me where the money is...after 2 days from the transaction I have received an email asking me some personal documents..like my id and proof of address...I said..ok..to send them quickly, maybe they will make the transfer in the end...but now..after another day I have received another email from customer support the ask me more info about the transfer...I have told them..that the account is not a company account..it is an online service like Revolut or other online company who let you exchange money and they offer you an iban to receive money...they have asked me more questions for another 2 days..and on the 5th day after the transaction I have received an email ...suprise..that the transfer was cancelled...and that I will receive a refund in 48 hours..and if not to call my bank..in bowing this is not a fast service transfer money..is not even a transfer company at all...they just make you waste time and nerves..now I have to wait at least 48 hours to have my money back on the card and search a new company to do this service good! and they still have the courage to tell me to make a new transfer ...go and sell bananas!!!

I urge people not to use this company I can’t explain how I have been mishandled I’ve sent some urgent funds for a rental 11 days ago and messed me around speaking every day to somebody on the chat ,gets escalated when on Friday they sent me an email saying that the funds reached the persons acount it’s now Monday and I have lost the rental property I rented for my holidays ,after speaking 2 hours with the person bank the bank confirmed no funds were sent .PLEASE don’t use this company

300 euro sent to my wife's family in Philippines, stopped for weeks. If they had been clear from the start, they could ask money only if they were sure to send it. I hope to have back my money and I will never use this bad company anymore.

Azimo was stealing the cash I tried to sent. First 2 times it worked well and when I rause my found my rec never got the money, they told it was picked UP. After month of discussion they reject to show me any proof of the pick UP. Not Even a receipt, never use Azimo if you love your money, never again.

Azimo collect money from my account twice. And my transaction was single. I contact them they don't back and they don't refund me I'm still waiting. Service very bad when I contact they are close my account. I don't recommend anyone to use Azimo
