"Azimo are not a trust worthy company. After setting up my account I then had to wait 8 days for the account to work while I battled it out with their dodgy customer service. I takes 3 days to get a response.\r\n\r\nAfter that I was able to perform transfers to my girlfriend. But then the music stops.. Azimo decided to interrogate me over my transfers and then cancelled my account telling me they could not provide reasons for doing so.\r\n\r\nDo not trust these dodgy bastards, they are a waste of time."

"Hi Guys, be informed that in the last weeks Azimo doesnt work properly, it is long time that i am their customer but in the lats weeks, they dont refund on time, actually they dont refund your money, you need to spend many efforts and speak a lot of time with your bank then maybe your bank can help you, for example my bank in the Netherlands (Ing) saying that we can refund your reservation after 21 days. So, you need to wait long time to get your money back. Azimo just will take your time and try to convince that they are working on your case but it is not true ,just earning time.They will say that please wait and be patient we will solve it, you will wait a lot but in the end they will not solve your issue and you will not get your money back.You will wait fax details which will not help you as well. It is not accepted by bank. So, i am writing here to help and inform you guys be attentive, do not believe this company anymore. Thanks"

"I urge people not to use this company I can\u2019t explain how I have been mishandled I\u2019ve sent some urgent funds for a rental 11 days ago and messed me around speaking every day to somebody on the chat ,gets escalated when on Friday they sent me an email saying that the funds reached the persons acount it\u2019s now Monday and I have lost the rental property I rented for my holidays ,after speaking 2 hours with the person bank the bank confirmed no funds were sent .PLEASE don\u2019t use this company"

"Damn, this people are real scammers I tried sending 200\u20ac to my friend in Ukraine and they took the money from my account and started asking me lots of questions and at the end of the day after waiting for two days I tried Calling them many times and I finally received an email saying that they were unable to process my transfer and my account have been close. I never received my money back and that was the end of it........ so bad!"

"I sent \u20ac625 with transfer ID: H37A7F using azimo since Thursday 3rd September 2020, Azimo deducted money directly from my account and refused to credit the beneficiary even after they asked me to attach documents after documents, now azimo later said it cancel the transaction on Friday 4th. Up till now azimo has not credited my account back, nor answer my calls, infact azimo remove my account from its site but I have informed the federal police in Belgium."

Azimo is very fast when it comes to bank transfers. I am delighted with the customer service. especially from Vanessa.... very fast, very friendly, cordial and competent. I've never been able to enjoy such support. Hats off to Vanessa.
