“Hi Guys, be informed that in the last weeks Azimo doesnt work properly, it is long time that i am their customer but in the lats weeks, they dont refund on time, actually they dont refund your money, you need to spend many efforts and speak a lot of time with your bank then maybe your bank can help you, for example my bank in the Netherlands (Ing) saying that we can refund your reservation after 21 days. So, you need to wait long time to get your money back. Azimo just will take your time and try to convince that they are working on your case but it is not true ,just earning time.They will say that please wait and be patient we will solve it, you will wait a lot but in the end they will not solve your issue and you will not get your money back.You will wait fax details which will not help you as well. It is not accepted by bank. So, i am writing here to help and inform you guys be attentive, do not believe this company anymore. Thanks”

“Let me tell you my story with "Azimo"...a few days ago I needed to send some money to my broter in law...from Italy to France...I searched on Google "fast service money transfer" and unfortunately I have found this " transfer company" ...on Google they look like "Send money online quickly and securely"...because my brother-in-law needed money fast that day I have sign up and made the transfer...paid with my credit and everything seemed ok...I was waiting for my brother-in-law to call me to thank me for solving the problem so quickly...how wrong I was....I started getting phone calls ... but not to thank me ... but to ask me where the money is...after 2 days from the transaction I have received an email asking me some personal documents..like my id and proof of address...I said..ok..to send them quickly, maybe they will make the transfer in the end...but now..after another day I have received another email from customer support the ask me more info about the transfer...I have told them..that the account is not a company account..it is an online service like Revolut or other online company who let you exchange money and they offer you an iban to receive money...they have asked me more questions for another 2 days..and on the 5th day after the transaction I have received an email ...suprise..that the transfer was cancelled...and that I will receive a refund in 48 hours..and if not to call my bank..in bowing this is not a fast service transfer money..is not even a transfer company at all...they just make you waste time and nerves..now I have to wait at least 48 hours to have my money back on the card and search a new company to do this service good!
and they still have the courage to tell me to make a new transfer ...go and sell bananas!!!”

Azimo is ridiculous, I highly recommend you send money with any alternative available even though the rate could be worst. What Azimo will do is, be good at your 2 first sent, and Devil from that on, every month they will receive your money very easily, and after taking it out of your account, they will hold that for a while. Even though you already sent them your source of funds, they will ask you again, and again, and the same proof of funds sent last month (Payslip) with the income of 3500 and e Azimo outcome of 1800, they will come up after few days saying prood rejected, insufficient funds. For me never again, this is a Big Mafia, last month was a nightmare, after solving it, I asked if they will ask again this "source of funds" they return an email saying "No, you provided it, so that's enough for us" nevertheless this month another nightmare, even worst now, my payslip with the income of the numbers above, is not suffucient, they will hold that for a while, work with my money, and while they are playing around, the money I sent to support my sister with my mother in bed will not arrive.”

I sent 350 Euro from Germany to my sister in USA Feb 3. it was debited on my bank Feb 1. Then azimo messaged me that the transaction was cancelled. 350 euro didnt reflected on my azimo account. i mssged them back why? since they cancelled the transaction. after that, to my surprise transaction was completed FEb 3. But until now FEb 17 my recipient didnt receive the money. I tried to email and call the customer service but they put me in circles. They will reply my email after 3 days. poor customer service.
