“Let me tell you my story with "Azimo"...a few days ago I needed to send some money to my broter in law...from Italy to France...I searched on Google "fast service money transfer" and unfortunately I have found this " transfer company" ...on Google they look like "Send money online quickly and securely"...because my brother-in-law needed money fast that day I have sign up and made the transfer...paid with my credit and everything seemed ok...I was waiting for my brother-in-law to call me to thank me for solving the problem so quickly...how wrong I was....I started getting phone calls ... but not to thank me ... but to ask me where the money is...after 2 days from the transaction I have received an email asking me some personal documents..like my id and proof of address...I said..ok..to send them quickly, maybe they will make the transfer in the end...but now..after another day I have received another email from customer support the ask me more info about the transfer...I have told them..that the account is not a company account..it is an online service like Revolut or other online company who let you exchange money and they offer you an iban to receive money...they have asked me more questions for another 2 days..and on the 5th day after the transaction I have received an email ...suprise..that the transfer was cancelled...and that I will receive a refund in 48 hours..and if not to call my bank..in bowing this is not a fast service transfer money..is not even a transfer company at all...they just make you waste time and nerves..now I have to wait at least 48 hours to have my money back on the card and search a new company to do this service good!
and they still have the courage to tell me to make a new transfer ...go and sell bananas!!!”
“Hi you should lower the lower the fee from 3.99 to 2.99 so people can send more and thank you doing fine and speed should be in minutes other wise service is excellent .”

“Azimo was stealing the cash I tried to sent. First 2 times it worked well and when I rause my found my rec never got the money, they told it was picked UP. After month of discussion they reject to show me any proof of the pick UP. Not Even a receipt, never use Azimo if you love your money, never again.”
