Ordered an item on click and collect, website and printed order details state it would be in store next day, bribed children and made the 10 mile round trip to collect, only to find the item is no longer available and so could only have refund.

When i asked why the product was still available online, was fobbed off with 'it's not company', and cannot let you know what happens as a result of your complaint, well it's got B&Q on the website, and as far as i'm concerned there should be a method of getting some information regarding how they will make sure this does not happen again.
What sort of system cannot send an e-mail to a complaining customer to let them know the outcome of a complaint.
I think it's because nothing will be done, and not bothered about your custom.
