Went into b & q ellesmereport branch today staff were really helpfull especially a young lad called Steve who helped us to the car with our goods and when we offered him some money he refused and graciously said it was his job and we were welcome. Just wanted to pass on a really positive review. This was the only place I could find to write this review.
