B&Q are generally OK but my experience with their delivery was awful!
They did not come on the day agreed and it was vary very difficult to contact them, I spent hours on the phone, waiting for ring back etc. Eventually I cancelled the order! Several days later a delivery arrived which I refused.
There delivery and order back up is a shambles. They seem fine when you want to order and then it goes pear shaped!
