Terrible customer service my 7 year old daughter could do better. Ordered laminate flooring 4/8 were damage since had 5 reattemted replacement delivary in which were also all damaged, now have to go out my way to collect my flooring as B&Q are incapable of making a simple delivary. I'm not a happy customers
