Went to Gloucester store today. Bumped into Roger (showrooms) who was happy to show us around. We told him what we wanted bathroom sink with unit combined, shower cubicle & fittings. He showed us a few choices of what we asked for, checked to see if It was all in store, it was so we loaded up the car.
He was polite, helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent customer service.
