To the B&Q delivery guys who delivered to me in Liskeard this morning, thank you for the service of dropping my OSB boards into my garage. I know this is a pretty simple task however it was the way you spoke to me, the politeness and the don’t worry, we’ve got this attitude, didn’t have to lift a finger.
