Ordered a garden table oine to click and collect.Website said they were in stock,so I paid and went on a bus trip which took me a hour, only to be told they were out of stock and that I should have waited for a confirmation email to let me know.
My money is now locked in a pending account in my bank.
What a stupid system that tells you something is in stock,when it isn't and your money is lying in a pending account.
Will never shop click and collect with B and Q again.
