My son ordered a kitchen from B&Q. Order came on a saturday, great BUT 1 item was missing which was booked in for tuesday 29th September. So my husband drove from stafordshire at 5.00am to take in the delivery. NOTHING CAME and he got back home at 8.00pm. I called B&Q and was given (mentioned in another review) 2 incorrect telephone numbers. Now I have a text message to say that the item is coming on friday 2nd October. Oh, Joy got to travel to Oxfordshire again.
