I purchased some laminate flooring few weeks ago for
BnQ Dover and one staff (Steve) was so helpful, I had no idea what I was doing, 1st time laying flooring, he helped me to choose best quality to value woods first and then took me through the tools I need to lay them, showed me helpful videos which BnQ already produced, I have finished only one room so far but getting a lot of praise :)
Thanks to Steve again, he was a proper mentor to me !
