A joke of a company. B & Q Customer Service no longer exists. They used to be a reliable company to buy from.
Be careful when buying via their website as it is likely you will be receiving your goods from a third party Market Trader. B & Q don't want to know if something goes wrong, you have to deal direct with the Market Trader. When the MT does not respond, you are on your own! B & Q just don't care. Disgraceful.
