I received my kitchen delivery this morning from two B&Q staff. I have to say they were the most punctual, couteous, professional, hardworking individuals I have met in a very long time, absolutely fantastic. The only downside was that my kitchen worktops were so long they could not fit up the stairs so will have to rebook ... and get the size reduced.
