Unmanned checkouts in your Cork store are a joke, I had a full trolley today and I was asked by B and Q staff to wand my own items (I do not work for B and Q) terrible customer service at checkout, unlike the quality aisle service
I left items in store that I wanted to purchase as it was so difficult, why are your unmanned checkouts taking video recordings of customers??
Need manned checkouts, onto Screwfix for me
