B&Q home delivery ? Think again, absolutely disgusting service , incompetent, unprofessional , total rubbish. First & late time I ever use these jokers.
1. No communication
2. Ignored 6 emails
3. Their supplier ignored five messages
4. Tracking number non existent
5. 90 mins telephone on hold
6. Item not arrived
7. Making claim with credit card for refund
If I brought from Amazon would arrived next day with no problems but these jokers have no idea about customer service communication or logistics. Save yourself the headache and don't do it .
