The customer service at the B and Q in Bolton was excellent. The 3 staff, from the warehouse and the customer services desk were fab, from getting the shed we wanted from the warehouse to putting it in the car for us. Nothing was too much trouble...and a few laughs and jokes added to the experience. Thank you to all three of you.
