Called at the Keighley branch to purchase a gardening item. Unfortunately it was out off stock, however a very helpful assistant, Naveed. Went the extra 10 miles.
He collected the item from the Nelson branch and brought it to Keighley, where I purchased it the following afternoon. Very well done and thank you very much.
