I asked a clearly lazy member of staff to help me find plumbing parts... He was shown a photo of what I wanted, he never spoke then handed me something completely different to what I had shown him....
He is not any use for dealing with the public atall....This was the Garthdee Aberdeen branch and I won't be in a hurry to return...
