I am disappointed with the communication and delivery services provided via On Line.
I bought 04 playwood hardwoods on March 14, 2024, booked for delivery on March 18. They didn't deliver, didn't send a message or call. After I called and complained, they simply rescheduled for another week on March 25th. On the 21st I requested cancellation, 35 minutes later I received a message that delivery would be on March 22nd. I refused to welcome him with all this chaos caused. Even though I canceled in advance, I did not receive the full amount paid.
