Ordered a new toilet from b&q , was a bit worried when I read all the negative reviews posted regarding them . Booking a delivery slot was simple, I chose to phone and book , spoke to a polite and helpful lady and agreed Monday . Monday came and so did toilet ,I was kept informed by text and phoned on day of delivery . Delivery guy was also very polite . Would recommend ???????????????? deserved the 5 stars
