The whole of B&Q are just rubbish, top to bottom. Appalling service in-store: turned up to collect something and the member of staff was chatting to her mate about last night, behind a panel, instead of serving customers. Didn't have what I came to collect, sent someone off to get it, he came back with the wrong thing. They just don't now what they are doing. Worse still, no one cares.
