Poor customers service they didnt even acknowledge my problem. I order an item and was told I could pick a delievery time suitable for me. This didnt happen it went straight to the post office a pain to collect would have been easier to order to store. Passed this on go improve customer service and they advise I follow infomation on card left. I do know how to collect a parcel from the post office.
