B&Q Stairfoot, Barnsley - apparently closing in about 18 months and so the store manager is sacking as many staff as possible (just making up reasons to sack them). So, obviously the staff absolutely hate the management and have no reason whatsoever to offer any kind of customer service. Cant say I blame them.
