I ordered a carpet for home delivery. The assistant was unable to tell me when it would be delivered other than it 'would be delivered soon'. 4 days later I called the store to enquire about my order delivery - their response 'It will be there in a few days'!
I have contacted Customer Services twice by email - they cannot be bothered to reply.
I recommend that you do not buy any item for home delivery - I do not trust them! We will never shop there again.
