I am a tradepoint customer from Nottingham. Purchased 2 x 5ltrs Valspar Trade Matt white paint. This paint was on the shelves. Decorated my bedroom then after a few days a smell oily/wee like strong appeared. This was stronger when the sun shone through the window.
It was the painted walls, complained, complained to no joy. logged through B+Q customer services, to this date not concluded. Purchased paint Feb 2017 now June 2017. I have spent £1000's of pounds over the last 2yrs at B+Q now I shop elsewhere.
Gone back to Dulux and Johnstone paint.
