We contracted with B and Q to renew our ensuite last October. The job has just been finished 5 months late. An out of date catalogue, appalling communication, haphazard systems and chaotic deliveries all added to the problem. Looking at other reviews I wonder why on earth we went to B and Q and regret our decision. We'll never come back or recommend B and Q to anyone.
I wish we'd gone to Wickes.
