Didn't deliver on time so I had to cancel my order. 12 days later and several phone calls later I am still waiting for my refund of several hundred pounds.
I will never use B and Q again. The customer service is disgusting. They say the right things but then don't follow up.
They have my money, I don't have the goods and I would like my money back
