Only went in for 2 items: 1 - I couldn't find exactly what I wanted but an assistant, who was setting up a season display & had their arms full, was still able to tell me that they don't do it (3 shops later I can't find anywhere that does nowadays) but talked me through the available options. 2 - only one left with no label on it but was taken by a senior cashier who contacted the stockroom immediately & then used his assessment to charge me a very sensible price, out for quickly.
