B & Q advertise that all orders £50 and over will be free delivery. When I 'checked' my item out (a £50 mirror) an additional £10 delivery fee was charged.
Upon calling them, I was told it's because it is a 'large' item! - FALSE ADVERTISING!
No alternative offered i.e. 'click and collect' either on the item in question.
