Ordered tiles for 9th of January. It's now the 12th. Still no sign. I have had to initiate any communication. When you do ring they claim it's in their terms of sales that it may not be delivered that day. What's the point then? Took a day off for this nonsense. Had a tiler booked in too that I had to cancel.
Horrible experience.
