I use the local B&Q (Bishopbriggs) often and find the staff very good. We have been in the store several times as we are buying a new fitted kitchen and found the staff who attended to us to be very efficient and caring . They were Rebecca, Stuart and Gordon. ToDay we called and spent £500.00+ on tiles,handles,extra units,etc. We took these to the checkout on 2 flat bed trolleys and the check operator was very off hand .She did not offer any help to we two O.A.P.'s .We struggled out to our car and luckily met a member of your staff,Mark who loaded our purchases into our car.
