Goods ordered didn't arrive. Double quantities of wall tiles arrive. A shower tray was out of stock and the so called project coordinator told me to ring around the stores to source another one. I'm still waiting for the second delivery of tiles to be collected 2 months later. The project team has been made redundant, leaving me with no contact person. The are manager told me I'd get compensation for the problems, nothing has happened.
B&Q Homefit are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is zero.
Don't ever use them.
